Limited workmanship warranty for siding, roofing, soffit and fascia, gutters, window & door capping.

Following the installation of a complete siding or roofing system by DreamLiner Con. Corp. on the residence owner’s property, our company shall warrant all workmanship related to the installation of siding or roofing products for the original customer only. This warranty shall include any or all of the following: siding, roofing and all component parts installation, soffit and fascia installation, gutter and downspout installation, window and door aluminum capping installation.

Limitations of Coverage – Dreamliner

The following limitations apply to services and installations performed by Dreamliner:

  1. Non-Dreamliner Installations
    Dreamliner is not responsible for issues related to siding or roofing systems not originally installed by our team. This includes any modifications, repairs, or additions made by third parties that impact the integrity of the original Dreamliner-installed system. Examples include, but are not limited to: utility installations, home additions, satellite dishes, antennas, or any penetrations to the siding or roofing after Dreamliner's work has been completed and accepted.

  2. Damage from Natural or External Events
    We do not cover damage to Dreamliner-installed systems resulting from natural disasters or man-made events, including: lightning, fire, insect infestation, earthquakes, tornados, hail, ice, hurricanes, or wind speeds exceeding manufacturer specifications and warranty coverage.

  3. Intentional or Accidental Damage
    Dreamliner is not liable for damage caused by neglect, accidents, intentional acts, vandalism, civil unrest, or improper maintenance. Customers are responsible for exercising reasonable care to protect the installed system.

  4. Environmental and Chemical Damage
    Damage caused by contact with chemicals, cleaning agents, acids, solvents, or other corrosive materials—including misuse of pressure washers or other high-pressure cleaning methods—is not covered.

  5. Structural Failures and Related Issues
    Any damage stemming from failures in the home’s structure or systems not installed by Dreamliner is excluded. This includes issues with the building’s substrate, wall systems, brickwork, chimneys, or HVAC components that impact the performance of the Dreamliner-installed siding or roofing.

  6. Manufacturer Defects
    Product defects covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Customers must follow the claims process as outlined in the specific product warranty. Dreamliner does not cover repair or replacement for manufacturer-related defects.

  7. Consequential Damages
    Dreamliner is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses such as: lost profits, loss of home use, mold due to leaks, damage to personal property, or similar outcomes.

DreamLiner Con. Corp. – Limited Workmanship Warranty

  • Reporting Issues

    • Customers must provide written notification of any workmanship-related problems within 30 days of discovering the issue.

    • The report must be made before the warranty period expires.

    • Failure to report within the required time frame will void this Limited Workmanship Warranty, regardless of when the issue first occurred.

  • Company Access

    • Written notification authorizes DreamLiner Con. Corp. to enter the residence during normal business hours, with 24-hour prior notice, to investigate or repair reported workmanship issues.

  • Scope of Warranty

    • This Limited Workmanship Warranty represents the Company’s entire responsibility to the Customer.

    • No other warranties, expressed or implied, apply — including warranties of fitness for the Customer’s intended use.

    • This warranty is governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of [Your State].

  • Warranty Activation

    • The warranty becomes effective only after:

      1. Full payment for the complete project is received by the Company.

      2. The warranty is approved and signed by both the Customer and a Company Representative.
